Discounted Spa Package Terms and Conditions

Promotional - Elegant Image 25% Spa Package Discount:

1. The Spa Package must be purchased as a Service Certificate
2. The Offer is valid until Close of Business 26th December  September 2020
3. The Offer only applies to Elegant Image Sensation, Indulgence and Pamper Spa Packages
4. Cannot be redeemed for any other discounted Elegant Image product or service
5. Attract Elegant Image Loyalty Reward Points
6. Certificates are valid for 3 years from the date of purchase and the expiry date will not be extended.
7. Certificates are not redeemable on Sundays
8. Certificates are not redeemable for a cash refund, credit or used for the purchase of another voucher
9. Certificates are your responsibility, Elegant Image will not be responsible if the Voucher and/or its Tracking Number are lost or stolen
10. Gift Certificate Tracking Number must be quoted when booking an appointment
11. All appointments booked against a Gift Certificates require a 48-hour cancellation notice. Cancellations made with less than a 48-hour notice and/or failure to appear for an appointment may result in this Gift certificate being redeemed to the value of the services booked.

Please note: As Gift Service Certificates are valid for 3 years, Elegant Image cannot guarantee that a Service specified on the Certificate will be available at time of redemption. When a service is no longer available and the certificate has a credit balance, the certificate owner will be entitled to redeem other Elegant Image Day Spa Service up to that credit value.
